CONCEPTO DE DIOS EN EL MUNDO ANDINO

Nos consultan si los andinos precolombinos tuvieron un concepto abstracto de dios y si éste era un dios creador.

El término genérico y abstracto que significa dios en el mundo andino es APU.

Sin embargo se admite la existencia de dioses menores llamados Aukis; como señala el Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, Pachakamaq sería el Dios andino Supremo equivalente al Dios Cristiano, creador.

Este último en el mundo andino (Pachakamaq) no tuvo otro nombre que el de creador, Creador del espacio, el tiempo, la naturaleza y el mundo. Su antigüedad se encontraría muchos siglos atrás, quizá cuando en el cálculo de pro-habilidades de la historia ni remotamente asomaba el concepto de inka.

El santuario principal de Pachakamaq, como es del dominio general, se encuentra unos kilómetros al sur del Valle del Rimaq, el mismo que fue encontrado por los conquistadores españoles en toda su plenitud, como consta en los documentos de Estete.

Para una mejor comprensión creemos que es necesario hacer ciertas aproximaciones y diferencias entre los conceptos andinos y occidentales de dios.

El término occidental del dios proviene del griego ZEUS, el mismo que pasó al latín como Deus y, finalmente fue registrado en el castellano como Dios.

Fueron los primeros filósofos cristianos quienes unieron al concepto Deus las cualidades del Ser de Parménides, esto es: ser único, absoluto, eterno, perfecto, las virtudes del dios cristiano como el de : bueno y amor.

En el mundo andino los dioses menores-los aukis- fueron voluntariosos como los dioses griegos, podrían amar y odiar; los dioses mayores, Apus, fueron de voluntad más fuerte, justicieros, pero paternales y protectores. Por sobretodos ellos se encontraba Pachakamaq, Dios Creador, que según Garcilaso, no era sino el mismo Dios Cristiano.

Sin embargo, se llegó también a concebir la existencia de un Dios, si se quiere Supremo y abstracto, cual fue Wiraqocha, cuyo Santuario se ubicaba al suroeste del Qosqo.

En conclusión, como todos los pueblos los andinos, en el proceso de su desarrollo cultural concibieron la existencia de Dios. Deificaron en sus épocas primitivas objetos materiales de los reinos minerales, vegetal y animal, como también llegaron a concebir la existencia de un Dios Creador: Pachakamaq o un Dios Supremo: Wiraqocha.

Althoug also they haved the concept of the existence of a supreme and abstract God, called Wiraqocha. Their sanctuary were place at southwest of Qosco.

In conclusion, as all peoples, the andears in the process of your cultural develop conceived the existence of God.

Deificated, in the primitived age, materials objects: animals, vegetables and minerals. Also they concepted the existence et a Creator God: Pachacamaq and a Supremed God Wiraqocha.
