The Temple of Jerusalem Sovereign Military Order(OSMTJ) Grand Master and Regent Prince, SAE Fernando Pinto de Sousa Fontes, has referred to Spanish Grand Prior, Josep de Juan i Buixeda, his appointment as Magisterial Legate for Spain. Effective since last October, Josep de Juan i Buixeda, will represent in Spain the OSMTJ Grand Master and may exercise many of its delegated powers.
Certainly the appointment is a recognition of the serious ongoing work of Spanish Grand Priory, which i Buixeda is the Grand Prior, he started in 2003 after the meeting that Spanish Grand Priory Council members kept with Grand Master in Porto (Portugal),Supremum Magisterium of the Ordo Supremus Militaris Templi Hierosolymitani residence place.
Even at that first meeting the OSMTJ Grand Master and Regent Prince, congratulated the representation of the Spanish Grand Priory for his work in favour of the Templar Knights, both formative (Templar Training Course, Spirituality Course, etc.), as informational and outreach (website in Castilian), and the many activities throughout Spain. The Spanish Grand Prior has accepted the appointment with great enthusiasm, for the Grand Master trust placed in him and especially by the challenge of working to ensure that all the Spanish Templars, either individually or collectively, begins to work with a common goal and strategy at a time where an organization of committed Christians as OSMTJ is most needed.
The various secularists campaigns who are held in Europe, that basically just trying to end the deepest roots of the included countries, and there are not more than only the Christian ones, need to be offset by committed Christians, defenders of ancient traditions which are those that have formed Europe, imbued with a spirit based Templar in defending Christian values that provide an essential contribution to individuals training and moral growth and are an essential component of our civilization.

Josep de Juan i Buixeda has already received many Templars first congratulations, outside the Spanish Grand Priory, who have shown their intention to carry out joint activities, an approach that must be completed as the union of all Spanish Templars.
